4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital and custom-engineered nature of our products and services (such as personalized proposal websites, custom codebases, and tailored digital invitations), cancellations or refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a project has not yet commenced development, a refund request may be submitted within 24 hours of payment. Once customization or deployment has begun, fees are generally non-refundable.
5. Delivery & Fulfillment Policy
Digital products, project links, source code access, or live domain deployments (hosted on fullstackdevansh.online or delivered via digital transmission) are fulfilled electronically within the agreed timeline specified during project booking (typically between 24 to 72 hours depending on customization requirements).
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All source code, UI designs, animations, and graphic assets displayed on fullstackdevansh.online remain the intellectual property of FullStackDevansh unless explicitly transferred under a custom commercial agreement.
